Hello Everyone,
Let me apologize from my mom for not posting in seriously FOREVER!!!! She is a little slack about my blog and we've had some talks and she now understands that this is a rather important thing. So let me fill you in on whats been going on. I have been home with mom for a whole month now. We are doing well and she is getting her strength back. I am going to be 8 months old on November 12 and I am getting to be a very big boy. My mom will divide the updates and posts into categories. This one is about the Foster Puppy Raiser Appreciation Day we attended at PAWS HQ. It was in mid-Spetember and my Uncle Doug took me up with him (this was when i was still on a working vacation). I saw my mom there and she worked me. It was loads of fun and I got to see a lot of great people and dogs. I even got to meet my father, Bubba! I got my picture taken by a professional photographer. My mom got an 8x10 of it to hang on her wall. Well, enjoy the pictures! PAWS Up!

SVSU Football

I had a very cool weekend!!! On Friday, after I went to work with Doug, we drove a pretty long way. I didn't know where I was going at first, but once I was there I knew just where I was! I was home! I saw my mom and I got really excited. I wiggled all over! I hadn't seen her in a little while. She told me I was just staying the night, but that was fine by me! I got to bed early that night because we had a long day ahead! We got up nice and early. Before breakfast, my mom and I went for a good, long walk. It was a beautiful morning and it felt good to stretch my legs. Once we got home, I had my breakfast and mom ate hers. We got dressed and ready to go to a football game! My friend Cheetah, another PAWS puppy, and her mom, Brenda, picked my mom and I up. I was really happy to see Chetah as I know her from class and we played a lot in the car. We were kind of silly, but it was a lot of fun. Then we picked up Brenda's husband, Kevin, and we were on out way to Saginaw Valley State University. Once we got there, we met with some other PAWS dogs and puppies. The humans ate while we played. I didn't get to play much as I was a little too big for the play pen, but it was still a lot of fun. My mom made me sit right next to her while she ate. It smelled so good, and I just couldn't help but try to take a taste of it. I got scolded big time for that... My mom had a chip in her hand and I licked it..... Then, as punishment, she set it right in front of me and made me leave-it.... I didn't like that at all, but I didn't try to take anything else. After we tailgated, we all went up to the stadium to watch some football. I was very good in the stands and enjoyed watching the game. The only problem was that it was so hot! My mom poured cold water on my head and on my bandana, and that helped keep my cool. She also made homemade frosty pawsicles.... They were really yummy! The dogs that were at the game were me, my half-sis Pally, Moxi, her sister Cheetah, Laser, Cisco, Cooley, Jesse, and Daisy. We were all very good. After the game a few of us went to a little park on campus to take pictures. Well, really Aunt Becky was the one who took the great picture. My mom posted them below. Enjoy!

I have been having a great time with him. I wanted to let everyone know that I was the "Grown-Up Puppy" on "The Daily Puppy" website on August 27th! I am famous!!!! Be sure to check out my page! I am coming home for the night. Mom and I are going to a football game for PAWS. Saginaw Valley State University is playing. I am excited. I won't be with her long, but at least a little while.

Visits and Sitters

Sorry it has been a while since I last updated. I have been a very busy puppy! Last Tuesday, Auntie Gail took me to see my mom. I was really happy to see her and she was amazed at how big I am getting. I am a very big puppy.... I wonder how big I'll grow to be! On Wednesday I went with another sitter, Amy. I think I mentioned her in a previous post. I stayed with her for a while a few weeks ago. She is really nice and I am pretty sure she likes me. She says I need to work on pulling, though, so my mom is going to work with me on that when I get home. Speaking of getting home, I am comign back to my mom on Saturday! I have loved everyone I have stayed with and they have been wonderful but I know where my real home is and I can't wait to be back. I know she can't wait to see me, either. Enjoy the pictures. They were taken last Tuesday.

My mom and I..... I am still her baby!
My mom has held me like this since I was a little baby, but she never thought I would be this long having only just turned 5 months yesterday!
In my working uniform...
My BIG head!
I was looking at something... Probably a squirrel!

My face is getting LONG!

I went with another sitter for a little while Auntie Gail went on vacation. Her name was Amy, and she was realyl cool! She is a teenager like my mom, and raised my half sister, Okie! She was really funa nd I went to a bunch of places with her! I am back with Auntie Gail, but will be leaving her soon to go with another sitter for a bit because she is watching another puppy. My mom got these pictures from my Auntie Chris. She watched me when i was 9 weeks old and it just took her a little while to send my mom this pictures. I was so little! Enjoy the pictures!
